• "Products" refers to Paint Protection Films (PPF), Window Films, Coatings, and related automotive protection products offered by Bremen.
• "Authorized Installer" refers to a dealer or installer approved by Bremen.

2. Product Warranty

Bremen products are covered against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period specified for each product.

Covered defects may include:

The warranty shall commence from the date of installation.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty shall not cover:

• ✕Physical damage caused by accidents, collisions, stone chips, vandalism, or misuse
• ✕Scratches, swirl marks, and abrasion caused by improper washing methods
• ✕Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, or unauthorized cleaning agents
• ✕Damage caused by improper installation
• ✕Damage resulting from modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
• ✕Normal wear and tear
• ✕Environmental contamination or staining resulting from neglect

Any film showing evidence of physical damage may be excluded from warranty consideration.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, Bremen shall repair or replace the affected portion of the product at its sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Warranty

• Warranty coverage is limited solely to the replacement of the affected product area.
• No cash refunds shall be provided.
• Labour reimbursement shall be subject to Bremen's warranty policy in effect at the time of claim approval.
• The maximum liability of Bremen shall not exceed the original invoiced value of the affected product installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bremen shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of vehicle use
• Loss of business or profits
• Vehicle depreciation
• Incidental expenses arising from warranty claims

7. Installation Requirements

Warranty shall be valid only when:
